Privacy Policy
Restructure Partners respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Because directors who contact us are often in a stressful financial situation, we collect only what we need to help you, and we’re upfront about who your information may be shared with.

Who we are
This policy applies to Lead Generation Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 691 399 756) trading as Restructure Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
What personal information we collect
When you call us or submit an enquiry, we may collect:
- your name and contact details (phone number, email);
- brief details about your situation (for example, the type of debt, whether you’ve received a director penalty notice, and an indication of the amounts involved);
- any information you choose to provide during a conversation or in your enquiry.
We collect this directly from you. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information beyond what you volunteer to help us assist you.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- receive and record your enquiry;
- pass your enquiry to our partner firm, H&H Tax and Business Advisors, so an adviser can assist you;
- follow up with you about your enquiry; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share your information with
Information you submit through our enquiry form or provide by phone is received directly by our partner firm, H&H Tax and Business Advisors, who will contact you about your enquiry. Where a formal appointment is needed, your details may be shared further with the ASIC-registered practitioner involved — for example a registered Small Business Restructuring practitioner, voluntary administrator or liquidator. By contacting us, you consent to these disclosures for that purpose. Your information is not sold or shared with anyone else, except as described in this policy.
We may also use trusted service providers (for example, our enquiry-form and customer-management systems) to operate our website and manage enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Our enquiry form and customer-management system are provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.), a platform based in the United States. This means personal information you submit through our website is likely to be stored and processed on servers located overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8 (cross-border disclosure), to ensure providers who handle your information do not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. If you would prefer not to submit information through the online form, you can call us instead on 0468 061 936.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Information submitted through our website is handled through our enquiry-management systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
